Noudatamme pyöräpajalla turvallisemman tilan periaatteita. Jokaisen on kyettävä kokemaan olonsa mukavaksi pajalla, emmekä hyväksy vihamielistä tai häiritsevää käytöstä.
Jos huomaat jonkun käyttäytyvän rasistisesti, seksistisesti, homofobisesti tai muuten syrjivän tai kohtelevan kaltoin jotakuta, puutu tilanteeseen tai kerro vapaaehtoisille. Jos häiritsevä käytös jatkuu, käsittelemme tapauksen yhdessä. Jos häiriön aiheuttaja ei ole halukas muuttamaan käytöstään, hän ei ole tervetullut tilaan/pyöräpajalle.
A SAFER SPACE
We follow the principles of a safer space. Everyone has a right to feel safe and comfortable at the Bike Kitchen, and we do not tolerate hostile or disruptive behavior.
If you notice someone acting racist, sexist, homophobically or otherwise in discriminatory way against someone, intervene or inform a Bike Kitchen volunteer. If the inappropriate behavior continues, we will deal with the matter together. If the perpetrator is unwilling to change their behavior, they are not welcome to the Bike Kitchen.
